Looking for Updated Shapefiles for Delhi Colonies

Hello, 

Is there any way to get updated shapefiles of Delhi colonies? I can see an old post here from 2014 which contained shapefiles for colonies under MCD found on Map My India (https://app.mapmyindia.com/mcdApp/) However, the polygons in these shapefiles largely do not align with individual point coordinates of boundaries of unauthorised colonies uploaded on the MCD website.
