You can download all data from

https://imdpune.gov.in/Clim_Pred_LRF_New/Grided_Data_Download.html

 

They provide in .grd format which is binary type, the code they have provided to convert binary data to ascii format .prt which can be re-processed for particular latitude to longitude cases. The code they have provided is bit incorrect which I corrected it for myself so you can do it for yourself too.
