Need guidance accessing layers from Bhuvan GeoWebCache not in official portal

Hello everyone,

I came across this link  https://bhuvan-vec2.nrsc.gov.in/bhuvan/gwc/demo which looks to have a lot of interesting geospatial datasets , but I'm unable to figure out how to access them.  Are they WMS layers? Does the 'demo' in the url mean these are dummy datasets? Any guidance or insight is appreciated.

This link is to a GeoWebCache page of this server's GeoServer. The Demo links to a page which demonstrates how the cache looks, and does not necessarily mean that it is dummy data.

There may be a WMS/WFS server which they may have locked down but forgotten to lock down the GWC cache page.
