District-Level GDP Data (by Broad Sector)

Hi,
I am seeking GDP data by sector (Agriculture, Manufacturing, Services) at the district level for the period between 1990 and 2015 (any period within this range is acceptable). If anyone has access to this data or could kindly assist me in obtaining it, I would greatly appreciate it. If you know someone within your network who might have access to this information, your help would be invaluable.

District level GDP per se is available for only 2007-2013 in the following data set: 

However, economists have been using night light data as a very good proxy for GDP at levels like the district (because GDP data is usually not available at disaggregated geographic levels), and you can find that series for the years you are looking for here:
