33kV electricity distribution shape files

Hello everyone,

I am a student working on an electricity access project using GIS. I am looking for GIS data, shapefiles preferably. If not, just 33kV distribution map so that I can georeference myself.

I have so far tried most sources including openstreetmap, MSEDCL website which only has high voltage transmission lines and not distribution lines.

Anyone has any information regarding the same would be appreciated.
