I hope this message finds you well.

My name is Abhishek, and I am currently pursuing a PhD in International Relations in Seoul. As part of my quantitative research, I am seeking state-wise data on drought occurrences for the past 31 years (1970–2011). If available, I would also be grateful to receive similar data related to floods.

Due to my academic commitments in Seoul, along with a corporate role, I am unable to travel to India to collect this data in person. I would be truly grateful if this information could be shared with me digitally, as it is crucial for completing my PhD thesis.
