Karnataka - Administrative boundaries by KSRSAC.

I am sure most of you have learnt that KSRSAC has put out the administrative boundaries of Karnataka in SHP and KML file formats. In case you missed it, do check it out here:

A key question is on the licensing of this data. Ideally, it should be under the Open Government Data License (as per NDSAP). Hope they mention it explicitly.

Am especially curious about the polling station boundaries in the layer list https://ksrsac.karnataka.gov.in/kgis/layers.aspx . Does anyone know how to download them?
