Diagram of common before and after hooks

Hey all,

I've created a loose flow chart diagram illustrating when before and
after hooks actually get fired for save, create, update and destroy
(and valid? when it's implemented), and how all the crud methods
relate. I think it could be very useful for newcomers to DataMapper
(it took me a long time to understand).

I'd love any advice on how to improve/correct it, and also any ideas
about a good place to publish it as a link, PDF or image. I thought
about posting a link in the Wiki for dm-core, but that's supposedly
mainly for contributors, not users.
