Data Incubator should loose its anonymity

I have just joined the Data Incubator discussion list, since I am
passionate about Linked Open Data and excited about your Periodicals
Project (http://periodicals.dataincubator.org/.html), since this
exactly complements the Open Citations Project I wish to launch, based
on the Citation Typing Ontology (http://purl.org/net/cito/). But I
cannot find who lies behind the Data Incubator, except that Talis
hosts it. Can the key people involved contact me without delay with a
view to collaboration! Thanks, David
