XML Shorthandnotation

Dear DataFx Team,

"Short" question:

Is it possible to use the XML-Loader for XML files using the shorthand notation (like http://www.informit.com/articles/article.aspx?p=31530&seqNum=8)

I was able to use DataFx for the long-version type, but unfortunately I have a large data set of "short-noted" XMLs which I need to proceed and I want to avoid a conversion from one to the other.

Well after some further reading, I learned about the nomenclature, hence let me rephrase my question:

I have to read large XML files with multiple attributes per element. So far I can only read the elements but I can not use the corresponding attributes.

Can DataFX help me for also getting the attribute values ?
