Setting Datafusion compliance standards

During the breakout session it came to me that not all products that
are "Datafusion" certified are equal.

What I am thinking is that some applications may only consume data and
not provide any post back functions.
Then there will be applications that only post data and do not consume
services.
Finally applications that do both.

As we get more systems on this protocol it would be handy to know what
level of functionality a service provides.

This does not mean that any of these level classification are better
than another; but more as a guide to help developers and end users
determine what function services provide.
