Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Consultant with strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems to join our enterprise AI engineering team in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing production-grade AI/ML solutions in cloud environments.
This role requires deep knowledge of modern AI frameworks, LLM orchestration, RAG architectures, vector databases, and scalable cloud-native AI deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Generative AI & LLM Engineering
Design and build enterprise-grade AI/ML and LLM-powered applications.
Develop and optimize:
Autonomous AI agents
Multi-agent systems
Tool-using AI workflows
AI copilots and assistants
Implement:
Prompt engineering
LLM orchestration
Function calling
Context management
Guardrails and AI safety frameworks
Work with:
OpenAI GPT models
Claude
Gemini
AWS Bedrock
Azure OpenAI
Develop scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
RAG & Vector Search Development
Build advanced retrieval systems using:
Embeddings
Semantic search
Hybrid search
Knowledge grounding
Integrate vector databases such as:
Pinecone
ChromaDB
pgVector
Redis Vector
MongoDB Atlas Vector Search
Optimize chunking strategies, retrieval ranking, and hallucination reduction.
AI Frameworks & Python Development
Build high-performance AI Microservices using:

MCP SDKs
Create scalable APIs and distributed AI systems.
Cloud & MLOps Engineering

AI Governance & Enterprise Integration
Ensure compliance with:
Security standards
AI governance policies
