Job Description:
We are seeking a Python Developer with strong UI engineering expertise and banking domain experience. You will design, develop, and maintain high-performance trading applications, risk dashboards, and financial analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities
· Backend Development: Build robust, scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
· UI Engineering: Design intuitive, responsive desktop or web user interfaces using PyQt, PySide, React, or Angular.
· Data Integration: Integrate UI components with real-time financial data feeds, databases, and APIs.
· Performance Optimization: Optimize application latency and processing speed for high-volume financial transactions.
· Collaboration: Work with quantitative analysts, risk managers, and business stakeholders to translate financial requirements into technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
· Experience: 4+ years of professional software development experience.
· Domain Expertise: Proven experience working within banking, capital markets, or fintech environments.
· Python Mastery: Deep knowledge of Python core concepts, multi-threading, and data structures.
· UI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Python GUI frameworks (PyQt/PySide) or modern web UI stacks (React.js, TypeScript).
· Financial Concepts: Solid understanding of fixed income, equities, derivatives, risk management, or regulatory reporting.
· Databases: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with real-time streaming technologies like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
· Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Docker containers.
· Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools.
