Location: Washington, DC (Onsite)

Job Description:

 

Primary Skills Required:


1. Scope of work

• Work with the Product Owner, Business, Other integrating applications to define and articulate requirements in Documents, Epics, Features, Stories.

• Help Product Owner in refining the requirements and prioritizing the backlogged user stories

• Prepare presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Help Product Owner in the Pre-PI Planning Process and during the PI Planning

• Perform testing and analyze logs and other relevant metrics for more insights into relevancy and user behavior

• Assist in Integration Testing and UAT.

• Conduct JAD sessions to brainstorm.

• Participated in SCRUM meetings and played the role of scrum master.

• Coordination with onsite and offshore team

• Perform timely resolution of issues and root cause analysis of each issue

• Proactively manage your own work queue, time, and expectations, meet deadlines, and communicate needs and tradeoffs if your schedule is in jeopardy


2. Skills/Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent with relevant experience.

• 10+ years of Experience in Business Analysis with knowledge in Banking Domain with ability to write precise user stories.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to articulate to all project members and stakeholders.

• Team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources and is a bridge between the business stakeholders and technical team.

• Must be organized and good at managing deliverables, meeting notes, presentations, and other documentation/communications

• Good Analytical Skills, Critical thinking, data analysis, research & communication

• Solid problem-solving abilities

• Ability to articulate issues and recommend solutions

• Ability to deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Good understanding of the Agile and scaled agile methodologies
