Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and drive projects related to platform modernization, infrastructure upgrades, and end-to-end server life cycle management. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in managing cross-functional infrastructure programs, strong knowledge of enterprise platforms, and proven success in server decommissioning, upgrades, migrations, and platform standardization. Excellent project management discipline, and effective customer engagement skills to ensure successful delivery of infrastructure initiatives from planning to retirement phases
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, execute, and deliver infrastructure projects including platform modernization, server lifecycle (build, maintain, retire), and data center transformation initiatives.
· Coordinate across multiple teams (engineering, operations, security, application owners, vendors) to ensure successful project outcomes.
· Manage infrastructure project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and communications.
· Maintain clear documentation, project plans, risk registers, and progress reports.
· Oversee hardware refreshes, server builds, patching cycles, migrations, virtualization, and cloud transition activities.
· Ensure compliance with security, governance, and asset management standards.
· Drive efforts for standardization and automation in server and platform management.
· Engage with stakeholders and leadership to report project status, blockers, and outcomes.
· Support audits, inventory tracking, and CMDB updates related to infrastructure assets.
· Responsible prepare WSR, MSR QBR reports.
· Hands on experience in MS office tools and PowerPoint presentations
· Very strong and good communication skills.

Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
· + 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure projects with 4 + years as a project manager.
· Proven experience with server lifecycle projects, including planning, migration, and decommissioning.
· Familiarity with platform management, data center operations, and enterprise infrastructure architecture.
· Hands-on experience with tools like ServiceNow, MS Project, JIRA, CMDB, and asset tracking systems.
· Understanding of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
· Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
· PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with infrastructure automation, cloud migration, or hybrid cloud environments.
· Exposure to server management in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance).
· Familiarity with ITIL best practices and service delivery frameworks.
