Required technical skills
- 8–12+ years total experience in web/Java development with at least 4–6+ years in AEM, including recent experience as an AEM Architect/Solution Architect on enterprise programs.
- Deep expertise in AEM Sites (and preferably Assets/Forms): templates, editable templates, components (HTL/Sightly), dialogs, workflows, schedulers, MSM, content fragments, experience fragments.
- Strong Java/J2EE, OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR (Oak), REST services, and common design patterns; experience with AEM security, permissions, dispatcher, caching, and performance tuning.
- Hands‑on with front‑end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, modern frameworks (e.g., React/Angular) and responsive design principles.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps for AEM (Maven, Git, Jenkins/Azure DevOps, Cloud Manager), environment strategy, and automated build/deploy pipelines.
Preferred skills and certification
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud stack such as Target, Analytics, Campaign, Workfront, or Launch/Tags, and integrating these with AEM.
- Exposure to headless AEM (Content/Experience Fragments, GraphQL APIs) and SPA architectures.
- Adobe Certified Master – AEM Sites Architect (or working towards it) highly preferred.
