1. A Business Analyst or Data engineer who is skilled at Data Mapping, Data Modelling and Data Analysis.
2. Can analyze current state of data and provide clear and concise findings and recommendations + proposed future state
3. Able to lead and supervise a technical team
4. Able to document the current state and can understand & review the transformation code
5. Able to do detailed research and effectively present their recommendations & findings to variety of senior stakeholders with clear summarized results- is able to tailor the context and end result as per the audience
6. BONUS: Experience of data modelling tool ERWIN
