I've not been keeping abreast of work here so forgive me if I've
missed something, however in reviewing recent activity so I can build
a pitch for DataFlow I find the JIRA instance at
http://dataflow-jira.bodleian.ox.ac.uk/jira is down

Is this still used? If not where is the issue tracker?

Hi,

Due to the power being cut off just before the weekend at very short notice, the servers and network hardware went down. They are being recovered and will come back up shortly!
