Bodleian services temporarily down

Hello All,
FYI, we've had problems this afternoon at the Bodleian and all of our
machines have gone down, with some of them just starting to come back
up. The Jenkins machine is now working, but the apt-repo and jira
machines are yet to come back online and our system administrator is
working on this.
