Have you tried pointing at the HTTPS version? My client complains if you
tell it HTTP, but is mostly happy when you use https://foo/data/.

Graham,

Have you got any further with working out why I can't make a Samba or WebDAV connection to DataStage?

This issue is not urgent from my point of view, as the initial testing is now over and I have other things to pursue following the meeting this week, but you asked me to remind you of this,

thanks,

Joe

aha!

Yes, that worked.

Does that mean that the sever require a secure connection?

If so, probably best to amend the instructions at:

https://dataflow-vm1.oerc.ox.ac.uk/docs/accesswebdav.html

to indicate that you need to use https

cheers Alex,

Joe

Yes; it would rather. Added to the tracker as issue #8¹.

Thanks! Is it now agreed that we use the GitHub tracker? I guess it is, as I'm
now seeing the link in developer resources.

I'm catching this really late, but we're working on a JIRA instance
for everything to be moved towards, once it's set up. For the time
being it's indeed the GitHub tracker.
