usage profile for DataBank BagIt

Hi Folks,

At the last DataFlow meeting I was tasked with writing a short
document about the usage of the DataBank BagIt package in the SWORDv2
deposit process. I've done a draft of this here:

Katherine - when this is verified as being the right kind of thing, do
