DC Metrics specification

Hi all,

For a customer we've been producing a full specification of metrics exposed in DataCleaner 3.0 with the out-of-the-box components that are there. I felt that this document is actually quite good for everyone, so here it is for your information :-) Let me know if there are any missing points or issues in understanding it.
