Dear Working Group,

I have a suggestion regarding XML language for Creator, Contributor and Publisher.

"Addition of the XML language attribute to the properties Creator, Contributor and Publisher for organizational names." is described at the top of the page 68 of DataCite Metadata Schema Documentation for the Publication and Citation of Research Data and Other Research Outputs located at https://schema.datacite.org/meta/kernel-4.4/doc/DataCite-MetadataKernel_v4.4.pdf

While the sentence describes "for organizational names", I think the XML language attribute to the properties Creator, Contributor and Publisher for personal should be available as well. Could I learn your comments on this?

Through our test, XML language attribute to the properties Creator, Contributor and Publisher for personal worked, so I am afraid the document has some documentation problems, so asked the support, then the support suggested me to contact the working group.

For the first thing, I would like to ensure my suggestion for personal is already specified in the current specification or a new suggestion.
