Metadata change suggestion: change cardinality of 'language'

Dear Metadata Working Group,

it would be nice if the cardinality of the 'language' element is set to multiple to allow for the encoding of multilingual datasets. Although the element is not important for data citation, since the DataCite schema is frequently used also for interoperability purposes, this would be an enhancement.
