MDS: source code, tickets and wiki

Hi everyone,

DataCite is non-profit organisation and all our source code is open
source. The only working service at the moment is MDS (metadata store)
at https://api.datacite.org

Our source code is managed on github at https://github.com/datacite/mds
If you feel like helping us please fork the repo and send us pull
request. We will do the code review and if all is good we will merge
your patch.

We also use github for tickets. If you found a bug or have a feature
request and want it fixed please create a ticket at https://github.com/datacite/mds/issues
You can also vote on tickets - this basically drives the priorities
(well, at least it should!)

Also github has a wiki. We do not have any pages yet. Hopefully this
will change soon. In the meantime, if you have an idea for a wiki page
please share here.
