DBUG> sad news about George Livingstone

Dear DBUGers,

I am sad to let you know that long-time DBUGer, George Livingstone, passed away today at the age of 95.

He was one of the original charter members of DBUG that started in 1987 and he was very active and came to almost all of our meetings until only just a few years ago.

There will a memorial service for George on Saturday, April 28th at Messiah Lutheran Church, 708 Lowell St. in Lynnfield, Mass at 10am. Following the service will be a special luncheon in his honor.

Hope some of you who knew him well can attend. His widow told me that DBUG was one of his favorite meetings and helped to keep him young! If you think you might attend the luncheon afterwards, please let me know as she said he had allotted some money to treat all of his friends with a special meal and needed a head count for the restaurant.

Please say a special prayer for George today.
