Hi all,

I was playing with this feature last night and I came up against something that makes it a deal breaker for me but am hoping that my newness to the functionality is the problem. Is there any way to make the diagonal line at the corners (where the walls come together) go away when you print 2D? I could find no way to get rid of it. Can't even set the color of it independent from the wall color as far as I can see.

Hoping I am missing something...

Hello Michael,

Draw the walls with caps off and once you have finished the wall right click on
The end of the wall, check properties and turn caps on for any end that requires caps. If the wall is already drawn right click the corner ( you may need to select each separate wall at the corner) and select properties and turn caps off.

I think you may have the cap turned on. Double click the wall near the corner that has the diagonal line and see if cap is on.

Can you post a screen capture image of this -- I think the Google Groups address allows images. I have not seen what I think you are describing, so I do think it is a toggle setting somewhere to get rid of this.

Sincerely, Neil

Hello Michael,

Right click on the corner and uncheck ‘cap’ in the properties section. Other option is to draw with caps off and then right click on the ends, check the properties heading and select ‘cap’ on.
