Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or higher degree in
Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in
testing cloud applications, distributed systems, and networking systems in
virtualized and on-prem environments.
Extensive experience in
developing and architecting Test Automation frameworks and infrastructure,
specifically for cloud-based applications.
Strong hands-on experience in
automation using Python, UI automation with Selenium, and working in CI/CD
environments with tools like Git, Jenkins, and third-party Open-Source
Test Frameworks.
Proven ability to break down
complex cloud architectures, create detailed test strategies, test plans,
and test cases, and execute comprehensive test cycles.
Strong motivation to
lead and mentor in an Agile/Scrum environment, with the ability to
work independently and drive quality initiatives.
Deep understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP,
DNS, VLANs, and cloud networking concepts.
Experience with DevOps
and test infrastructure tools such as Jenkins, Git, Gerrit, JIRA,
Terraform, and Ansible.
Preferred
Experience:
Proven experience leading QA efforts in
highly technical teams employing Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Expertise in Test Automation, Performance
& Scale Testing, Simulation Testing, and related frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms
(AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization/virtualization technologies like
Docker, Kubernetes, ESXi, Xen.
Strong knowledge of observability tools
like Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack for monitoring, logging, and reporting.
Experience integrating AI/ML-driven
testing and utilizing tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance automation.
Professional certifications such as AWS
Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Engineer, or CCNA
