Role: Tech Lead / Principal Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC / Iselin, NJ (Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term Contract – C2C

Interview: Video

 

Responsibilities:

  • Define overall architecture design and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Drive microservices implementation strategy.
  • Setup Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters for scalability and resilience.
  • Oversee integration of security, observability, and automation across the platform.

 

Required Skills:

  • Backend & API: Python (FastAPI), Pydantic, OpenAPI, OAuth2/OIDC (Keycloak)
  • Infrastructure: OpenShift/Kubernetes, Helm/GitOps, ITSM integrations, Secure pipelines (MTLS, KMS/HSM)
  • Observability: Logs/Metrics/Traces, Linux scripting

 

Nice to Have: OPA/Rego/CEL
