Experience:

• 11+ Years Location: [US Denver/ US Time zone]  Senior QA Lead to drive quality initiatives across projects, lead a team of QA engineers, and ensure robust test strategies.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automation, API testing, and test management, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Preferably in Denver and US time zone Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and process improvements. Oversee functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Drive automation initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and API testing frameworks.
• Manage test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr) for planning and reporting.
• Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure quality across SDLC.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor execution. Conduct risk analysis, defect triage, and ensure timely delivery of quality releases.
• Prepare and present quality metrics and reports to stakeholders. Drive test automation implementation and benefits realization throughout the organization. 
• Define, implement QA standards and test metrics and steer to results. Leading QA & test community, coach and mentor testers, implement innovations and improvements.

 

Required Skills :

 

• Strong experience in automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright.
• Expertise in API testing (Postman, REST Assured). Proficiency in test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Programming knowledge: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse communities across the organization. 
• Good to Have Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with API testing and compliance standards.
• Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
