Regarding biblioshiny

I have downloaded the data from Scopus database and merged the files after that, as it allows only 2000 documents one at a time.  Now when I'm uploading it on biblioshiny it showing error that object M is not found. Kindly guide me what to do now or how to proceed further. Is there anything which needs to be keep in mind while merging the files?

Plz chk if for one particular row data is just there in one row and not extending in other rows. Firstly check for it...if it will be ok...then further  we hv to check other things.

Mam, i have total 5 files. When I'm running them individually it's working fine. But when I'm combining the data of all files in one file and uploading it then it is showing error.

Mam, approx 8000 documents are there so i have downloaded that year wise. Now i have merged them on r even after that it is showing error. It would be very kind of you if you can share the steps for merging data also.

Hi Sonam,

Kindly remember the following steps when you are conducting Bibliometrics through biblioshiny:

1. Download the files properly

2. Check the headlines in the files

3. Inclusion and exclusion criteria are applicable at Systematic Literature Review Level. Apply them carefully with the help of the search criteria.

4. Even if there are large number of papers, follow some of the steps properly:

a. Remove the duplicates

b. Read through the abstracts and remove the duplicate ones or other criteria

5. Upload the files in either vector or dataframe formats

6. Know the file: either it is excel or csv formats

7. Check the requirements necessary for uploading the files. Read more at
