Difficulty uploading WoS input file in biblioshiny.

Dear Team members, 

Upon trying to upload my data file downloaded from WoS in biblioshiny , I am getting the following error message:

Please guide me how to proceed further. Also it would be great if anyone could refer some research articles that have used biblioshiny to conduct bibliometric analysis.

Hi Kangan,

The file that you are trying to upload has different format from the one that is required by the software.  

Please note the following from the downloaded file:

1. Headings are in the appropriate cells.

2. What are the contents of the first cell?

3. Do you know basics of the codes used in R Studio or not?

Thank you Neha mam, I tried with retrieved documents as plain text. It uploaded successfully. Thanks. 

Thank you Ramani Mam. Changing format helped. Have checked for headings and content of the first cell. I have just a functional understanding of codes used to work on biblioshiny.
