Respected Dr. Neeraj Kaushik Sir,

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks for your excellent YouTube videos and the Faculty Development Program (FDP) sessions, which I have had the privilege to attend three times. Your sessions significantly enhanced my understanding of research and data analysis, with the FDP on logistic regression being particularly valuable. These learning experiences were instrumental in enabling me to write both my research papers and my thesis.

Additionally, the Dataanalysisgroup has been extremely helpful in providing resources and guidance throughout my academic journey. I am truly grateful to be part of such a supportive community.

I was recently awarded my PhD degree from the Haryana School of Business, GJUST Hisar. The topic of my thesis is "Farmers Behaviour towards the Adoption of Organic Farming in Haryana".

Thank you once again for your invaluable support.

Warm regards,
Dr. Pardeep Malhan

Thank you everyone for your wishes.

Following were the questions asked from me:
1. Why did you choose this topic and what was the theoretical background behind your research?
2. What are the reasons farmers are not adopting organic farming?
3. What problems did you face during data collection?
4. Which tools did you use for data validation?
5. What types of problems do you face during data analysis and how do you handle those problems?
6. What are the limitations of your study?
7. If the same topic were given to you for further research, what would you like to do differently?
8. What suggestions would you give to the concerned departments or higher authorities for promotion of organic farming?
9. Which factors make your study different from previous study?
10. Which study related to your research domain would you like to highlight?
