Likert scale

Dear All, 

My data shows the value of 3.68 for likert scale. So what shall I consider it as

Netural or Agree as it will round up to 4.

And if I round up the score, most of the items of the scale will become 4.

I hope I have explained the problem properly. What to do in this case?

Dear Harsha

If you've taken 1 as Strongly Disagree and 5 as Strongly Agree then a mean score of 3.68  indicates that on an average the respondents reported toward agree.

Value >3 is not neutral.
