Vosviewer buttons not working -plz suggest

Attached screenshot shows some buttons are inactive. Please suggest further course of action.

Might be your CSV file have corrrupt data or incomplete data, first check your CSV file have full data under subheadings.

8. Few months back there was a facility for asking & sharing the Research Papers. Now there is no provision of asking for the research paper here.

Dear Dileep,

There could be two reasons and solutions for this problem:

1. your data file does have (any of) missing, incomplete, and corrupt data in it.
2. while downloading from the database you might not have selected all the information. By default, the software takes only limited data.

SOLUTION: go to your database and download the file again, also select all the data points before downloading the data.
