Dear Sumit Sir,

I seek guidance on paper publication. I have submitted papers in inderscience and Sage but the review process is taking too much time and I have a deadline for publication for my Phd submission. Can you suggest some journal which can help me in getting publication at earliest? at least give the fastest decision. Your valuable feedback would be helpful.
