Reverse Logistics: Managing the flow of returned products, from the customer to the manufacturer or supplier. This research aims to understand firm's performance while implementing reverse logistics. Many apparel and electronics companies do this. Automotive companies do this through product recalls. Your data collected through this survey will be kept confidential.
