respected all
In my model, data of Independent Variable (IDV) is collected on 5 points Likert (Strongly agree to Strongly Disagree) scale with 8 Statements.
Mediator Variable is 5 points Likert scale (Strongly agree to Strongly Disagree) with 4 statements.
I combined all the items of the Independent variable into a single score and the same I did with mediating variable. further, I also checked the reliability and validity of the scale.
and
Dependent Variable (DV) is collected on the categorical scale ( Yes, No, Not calculated) with a single statement.
Please suggest what type of data analysis technique is used for this type of model?
And if possible please share some basic paper and videos which help me to understand the interpretation part.
can we do this type of analysis in SPSS?

Thank you sir for your reply
sir, my IDV is "future time perspective",
mediating variable is "saving and investment behaviour"
and
DV is "retirement confidence"
which I measured by asking these questions:
Q1 (i)- Do you think, you will have sufficient funds for post-retirement life?
           ☐ Yes ☐ No ☐ Not calculated
(ii)- Will your present pension scheme give you comfortable life after retirement?
           ☐ Yes ☐ No ☐ Not calculated

sir, I found one video on You Tube on " Using Hayes Process v3.3 macro (in SPSS) for mediation analysis involving binary outcome"
but in this video, DV has only two categories.
then,
sir can I do like this
code Yes as 1 and
code No and Not Calculated as 0.
or
can we do this as it is
Yes =0 , No=1, Not calculated= 2

and sir one more question,
can we use the score of these 2 questions of DV collectively?
