I hope you are doing well.

I am currently developing a measurement scale for my research study on consumers while using AI-enabled e-tail services during online shopping, such as personalized recommendations, chatbots, smart search, automated suggestions, and similar intelligent features.

I would be highly grateful if you could kindly spare 5–7 minutes to fill out the questionnaire by recalling one recent online shopping experience where you used such AI-enabled features. Your response will be extremely valuable in helping me refine and validate the scale for this study.
