Dear Scholars,

Is it necessary to convert different scales in a study to similar measurement type? For eg Construct A is measured on 5 point scale and Construct B on 7 point. In this case do I need to convert both to either 5 point or 7 point? If yes, which one should I choose 5 point or 7 point?

There is a web source I found. But need some other reference on this. Kindly clarify.

Thank you

Regards

Dear Akash
In the playlist of CMB, I've mentioned that it is preferable to have different constructs measured on different anchor points to avoid the common method bias.
Best wishes
