Hello, anyone aware about how may we convert Paired Comparison Data to interval data using Thurstone Procedure?

Thurstone scale, unlike the Likert scale, focuses on the individual statement and not on the construct.

Whenever we say scale, majority believes it has to be the Likert scale but other scales like Guttman's cumulative scale, and Thurstone scale are also used by scholars.
