Query regarding factor analysis (EFA) in SPSS.

Respected Sir,

I have a higher order construct in study, and I am using Smart PLS for the analysis. The higher order construct consists of 3 lower order construct comprising of 10 items in total. While performing EFA in the SPSS , all the items of the construct combined (10 items) is loading on one component(in the rotated component matrix table) Is this correct or I should get all the lower order construct in different components.

If the higher order construct is reflective then in EFA all the statements of the LOCs shd come in one factor
