Please share any sources for learning R programming for a beginner who has no previous programming experience. And any source of databases to practice on R. 

Mainly Linear Regression, predictive models, OLS, ROC, decision tree etc

Both are different.

As regards datasets, almost every package contains one or more data files, and those are used for learning various concepts in R.

Dear madam , 

Sir is very right , when I started learning R, around 3 years back it was confusing to me  as most of the R book cover the programming part only. I got huge help from Sir and this group about R for statistical analysis. Later I found few books on R Statistical analysis. Most of the thing you will get from these videos.
