Query regarding biblioshiny

Dear group members, I am doing bibliometrix analysis. But when I am doing Co-Citation analysis, then software is displaying 

Error-non-character argument.

I am unable to proceed further..please help me how can I overcome this?

Dear Ruchika,

You must tick all the checkboxes while downloading bibliographic data from abstract and citation databases like Scopus. This will help you to get co-citation analysis done on biblioshiny.
