Request for IDEMATEL method guidance

Dear  Neeraj Kaushik, 

I recently had the opportunity to read interesting research paper on the IDEMATEL method, published in MDPI Applied Sciences (link: https://www.mdpi.com/2076-3417/15/10/5416). I was particularly interested in the way IDEMATEL enhances the understanding of both direct and indirect relationships among criteria, especially in comparison to traditional decision-making methods like AHP and classic DEMATEL. I am currently working on a research paper exploring students’ continuous usage behavior of Artificial Intelligence Technology. I believe IDEMATEL would be an excellent fit for analyzing the relationships between influencing factors in my study.
I would be deeply grateful if you could kindly consider creating a short video tutorial or providing some guidance on how to perform the IDEMATEL calculations in Excel. Additionally, I’m especially interested in how to construct the digraph visualizations, such as the one shown in Figure 3 of paper.
