How to publish a book review

Hello Sir,

I want to ask if a new book has recently been published, and I’m planning to write a book review and to get it published in a journal.

So, please guide me how to book review articles are usually published?

Can any researcher submit a book review article, or do journals specifically invite authors to write them?

Book reviews may be published in journals which contain a section for the same 

or there's specific call for the same

Dear Megha,
Did you find any journal for the same. I am curious as I have done technical review of 2 books (machine learning with R and Excel Crash Course) for a renowned publisher, never thought we can publish book review too. Do we also need to ask publisher/author for permission to review their book(s)?
