Higher Order Constructs

Dear Neeraj Sir and Group 

I seek your expert opinion on whether the following constructs are higher-order reflective- formative or reflective-reflective constructs. 

1. Emotional Intelligence as measured by the Wong and Law Scale 

Emotional Intelligence has 4 factors each with 4 items each(total 16 items) 

i. Self Emotional Appraisal 

ii. Other Emotion Appraisal 

iii. Use of Emotion 

iv. Regulation of Emotion. 

2. Similarly  Employee Well-Being Scale has three factors as measured by (Zheng et at, 2015)

i. Life Well_Being 

ii.  Psychological Well-Being 

iii. Work Well-Being
