Scopus indexed and publishing in three month is not easy. You may search for some open source Scopus journals...having frequency of publishing every month...

The Journals I mentioned earlier, all are Indian and Scopus...you may check from the latest list of Scopus journals...

The wordings of ur question are wrong. You wish to get an urgent publication in any reputed indexed journal.

Plz note if it is reputed and indexed journal it'll take min 6 month-1 yr time.

If you wish to get urgent publication, it can be done only in any local journal.

Plz remember quality does not come on urgent basis. Its a long term & patient process with continuous improvement.

res kaushik sir i agree with your openion becoz scopus indexed journal at least take 3 months for publication if we need urgent theb local journals are alternative but some of them are fake or not ugc approved i think
