Query Regarding Cluster Coding and Cohen's Kappa

I hope this email finds you well. Recently, I received a reviewer's comment on my bibliometric study. The comment is:
"On the co-occurrence treatment, to improve the process reliability, it is recommended to apply a term codding process such as the one used in Markoulli, M.P., Lee, C.I.S.G., Byington, E. and Felps, W.A. (2017), “Mapping Human Resource Management: Reviewing the field and charting future directions”. 
 In my manuscript, I have used VoS viewer to formulate the co-occurrence ( based on keywords) clusters. These were elaborated using the author's own logical interpretation. 
Please guide me on how to address this comment. Specifically, how to code and what to code in keyword analysis.

I have attached the above-mentioned paper for the reference.
