Respected Sir and Dear Members,
I hope this you all are in good health,
I would like to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to Respected Neeraj Kaushik Sir, whose guidance, motivation, and consistent knowledge-sharing have been a constant source of inspiration for many early-career researchers, including myself.
I am currently working as a Senior Research Fellow at the Central University of Himachal Pradesh, Dharamshala. Over the course of my PhD journey, I have often been approached by my juniors and fellow research scholars with queries related to basic research skills-such as searching literature on Scopus, understanding journals, publication strategies, and other foundational aspects of social science research.
With the intention of contributing back to the research community, and deeply inspired by the approach and vision of Neeraj Sir, I have started a new YouTube channel.
This initiative is purely an effort to support and guide the broader research community, especially those who are at the beginning of their academic journeys.
With utmost respect, I am sharing the link to my YouTube channel here and seek your good wishes, guidance, and support. I would be truly grateful for the blessings of Neeraj Sir and encouragement from esteemed members of this group.
